Pat Carroll grew up in the Lake Gaston area and after high school moved to Raleigh. Spending weekends at the lake, Pat worked part-time at South Shore Realty for a while. After retiring from a 20-year banking career, she and her husband R.K. moved to their waterfront home on Lake Gaston and she entered real estate full time. Pat has been with South Shore Realty since 1995 licensed in North Carolina and Virginia. Pat has been a consistent million dollar producer receiving honors as Top Producer 2000-2004.
