Harold (Hogie) Hogrefe and his wife Cathy were long time residents of Raleigh and moved to Lake Gaston full-time in 2000. Hogie, an avid sportsman, hunts and fishes the lake and knows it both from the water and road. He joined South Shore Realty in 2005 and has since been a consistent million dollar producer. Hogie is licensed both in North Carolina and Virginia. He and his wife live their lives in a slower, more relaxed pace now and believe that “a home by the water is just a little bit closer to heaven”. Hogie brings a relaxed atmosphere to his style of working with buyers and sellers. He shows property by land and by water and looks forward to helping you sell or buy your dream home.
